An experimental AI memory system applies an Ebbinghaus-style forgetting curve to stored information. Recalled memories are reinforced while unused memories decay and may eventually be removed. In tests reported by the project using the LoCoMo dataset, the approach reached 52 percent Recall@5 while substantially reducing the amount of retrieved context sent to the model.
