An open-source static-analysis project scanned thousands of files from popular AI-agent projects for engineering patterns related to requirements of the EU AI Act. The project reported large gaps outside ordinary documentation practices, particularly around audit trails, human override mechanisms, input handling, and operational controls. Its authors stress that the scanner tests technical patterns and does not determine legal compliance.
