Temps

phil:notion:temps

Time (le temps) — the passage of past, present and future, and whether it is real or of the mind. Aristotle defined it as the number of motion; Augustine found it in the soul that stretches between memory, attention and expectation; Kant made it an a priori form of intuition; Bergson opposed lived duration (durée) to clock-time.
